Over the past decade, I’ve led large-scale HR and workforce technology modernization initiatives across global organizations, moving from operational transformation at Amazon, to global digital advisory leadership at Sony, to shaping AI-enabled workforce strategy at Sanofi.Today, I design and govern Talent Technology and digital evolution agendas, overseeing multi-million investment portfolios, rationalizing complex platform ecosystems, and embedding AI into core HR and talent processes.My focus goes beyond system deployment. I work on redesigning work itself. What drives me is building systems that are both scalable and human centered. Technology should reduce friction, elevate judgment, and enable better decisions, not create complexity.I operate at the intersection of AI, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation.
