WhatsApp + AI agents. Live across 10+ venues in Venezuela,

Chile, and Mexico. Includes native iOS (SwiftUI) and Android

(React Native) companion apps for owners to monitor

conversations, edit the agent's knowledge base, and review

analytics — both approved on App Store and Google Play.

- ClinicoReach — Operations automation platform for aesthetic

medicine clinics, automating bookings, no-show reminders,

and lead qualification through WhatsApp and Instagram DM.

Designed specifically for the Spanish-speaking market with

results-oriented copy and clinical-grade tone.

Webdox CLM is a Contract Lifecycle Management SaaS used by enterprise clients across LATAM and Europe. As Software Engineer II, I led the technical implementation of AI-powered document features and the foundational frontend infrastructure the platform was built on.

What I shipped:

- AI-powered document features — Contributed to the technical design and implementation of AI-driven contract parsing, clause detection, and document automation features. Worked cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and external integration partners to translate ambiguous requirements into shippable engineering work.

- Internal frontend library (NPM package) — Owned development and delivery end-to-end. Built with React + TypeScript, documented in Storybook, fully tested with Jest/Vitest, i18n-ready. Reduced new-feature delivery time across the product by ~35% by replacing repeated UI work with a versioned, governed component library.

- Modular frontend architecture — Designed container/component patterns and microfrontend boundaries that allowed the platform to scale across multiple product surfaces without architectural debt. Translated business requirements into technical specifications and influenced platform-wide decisions.

- Strategic integrations — Partnered with external vendors to define and ship integrations that expanded the product surface, contributing to ~40% user base growth in the affected segments.

Facelad is the agency I co-founded in 2022 — a generalist software studio building custom web and mobile applications for mid-market clients across LATAM. As Head of Product I own product strategy, scope definition, technical architecture, and delivery oversight across all client engagements.
