After some meetings where analysis was conducted with the customer's stakeholders I developed a windows service that conects to near 20 IMAP accounts in the MS cloud (OAuth2.0) and searchs for emails with certain conditions.
When those conditions are met, the email is downloaded and saved in another account for audit purposes and resent to a 3rd party for further processing. Everything is logged in several places HD, BBDD.
Emails are sent to admins and users when some events are produced.

This project is currently on production and only needs maintenance changes.

Project Managerfor the financial component the company developed for Santander Consumer Finance (SCF). Our company was responsible for 3 projects included in a bigger project structure of the Bank. Sprints where monthly (with some months having 2 sprints) my main taks included:
Attenddailiesfor the three projects.
Create, assign, update, ..Jira User Storiesand Sub Tasks in both the Bank's Jira (on premises) and the internal one (Atlasssian SaaS).
In charge of therelease workflowof the delivery week assuring the differents steps were performed by the different departments before going to production (3 environments plus production)
In charge of the documentation of the projects, specifically:
* -> The developer Integration guide - For the new customer developers so they know how to integrate the SCF plugin into their own web.
* -> The new customer onboarding documentation - For new customers of the bank willing to work with the SCF financiing component.
