Hi!, I’m Marc, a Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems through user-centric, engaging, and human experiences.

With over a decade of experience in the field, I bring more than 6 years of dedicated expertise as a UX and Product Designer from the travel industry to the logistics sector. Throughout my career, my primary focus has been on creating user-centric digital solutions meeting user expectations and align closely with business objectives.

My role involves a comprehensive range of tasks, from conducting in-depth user research and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to define precise product requirements and design innovative solutions. I'm well-versed in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, which are subsequently subjected to rigorous user testing and feedback gathering, allowing for continuous refinement and improvement.

An essential aspect of my role is ensuring design consistency, harmoniously blending with brand guidelines and visual standards, providing users with a seamless and cohesive experience. Beyond product design, I also take charge of UI design tasks, including the creation and maintenance of design systems, coupled with active collaboration with developers to guarantee the faithful implementation of design concepts.

Outside the professional realm, I lead an active lifestyle, being a runner who has achieved the challenge of completing two marathons (and ready to run my third one, next March 10th in Barcelona!)

At Paack, I contributed to designing solutions for a SaaS product that automated processes, reducing the effort and time required by both employees and end-users (retailers). This helped the company save money and made tasks faster for employees, while also giving users more options. I led end-to-end feature implementation and employed user-centered design methodologies to enhance products. Utilizing Figma, I crafted high-fidelity prototypes and design system components, ensuring consistent integration and usability across the product design process.

Over my 4 years, I tackled various scopes, from search to the results page, accommodation details, booking steps, and payment processes.
