- Build and enrich data models to make high-quality, structured and transformed data available at any time (dbt)

- Answer YEGO teams’ data needs to improve operations and decision-making through data products such as dashboards and automated reports (Apache Superset)

- Help teams understand their operational results through ad-hoc analyses, with a focus on marketing analysis

- Develop and maintain data pipelines from BigQuery to Looker using dbt, in collaboration with the Data Engineer

- Understand and answer business teams’ needs, from providing them data to building automated and maintainable dashboards in Looker.

- Ensure quality of the data during Wednesday “Data Tests” mornings and identified risks in pipelines to create relevant tests in dbt.

- Translate the need for visibility on key metrics of the HR team in concrete data-modeling and analytical problems, and built a clear and robust HR self-service dashboard as a solution.

- Create, gather feedback, and automate Excel studies to assess and improve first-contact conversion by our commercial experts.

- Act as a referent for commercial performances weekly and monthly reporting, analyzed and solved anomalies in their computations.

- Model various scenarios for a new sales variable system to ensure complete alignment between commercial experts and long-term company goals.
