Mauricio is an experienced iOS developer with good technical skills, while working on framework refactoring, he showed a clear and well-structured understanding of the work, which made it easy to move forward. From May 2025, he started working on more product feature development. He delivers reliable work, communicates clearly, and collaborates well with others, especially with AdTech and QA. Over time, he became more autonomous and proactive. He communicates early, creates tickets when needed, and can manage his tasks with limited supervision. When issues appear, he takes responsibility and focuses on fixing them quickly. Overall, his contribution and attitude have been very positive. Based on this, we decided to renew his contract for an additional 6 months at the beginning of 2026. On a personal level, he is curious, motivated, and continues to integrate well into the team and our daily work.
