I greatly admire the stitching process because, ironically, I don't even like sewing on a button—so I never learned to sew (upper stitching). However, I mastered the rest of the processes quite well. I’ve taken courses in sales, marketing, and management, among others, but owning a factory, leading teams, and working with clients (luxury brands) have taught me everything I know. I also have my own brand, and now I advise manufacturers and brands on how to improve and grow.
