Durante este tiempo he maximizado la rentabilidad de cada unidad superando entre un 10% y 15% los ingresos del año anterior hasta la llegada de la Dana en octubre de 2024. Desde entonces el objetivo ha sido mitigar los efectos de la misma, consiguiendo resultados positivos hasta recuperar los números previos a la catástrofe en diciembre de 2025

Caterina House is a very young company that operates in the mid-term rental market, which exploded after the pandemic. I have taken three actions to improve our revenue performance: 1 . Create a database of the past month's performance. 2. Create a frame to follow up the pick up on a daily and weekly basis for the months to come. 3. Create a table to analyse the rates of the competition, as well as checking for new tools that can help the company identify the key indicators to know where the market is tilting.
