Lead engineer on payments and subscription flows, owning architecture decisions and shipping pricing and paywall experiments. Co-led architectural refactors across core product flows, improving maintainability and unblocking faster feature delivery in a large scale Flutter codebase. Build complex Bloc/Cubit flows integrated with Firebase Auth and Remote Config for staged rollouts and configuration management at 350K MAU scale. Deliver media-heavy user flows in production, coordinating releases across a cross-functional team.

Consumer social app, shipped to App Store & Google Play

Sole technical founder: designed and built the full stack solo — Flutter app, Go backend APIs, authentication, database design, and infrastructure — later leading the transition to a Ruby/PostgreSQL backend. Shipped the core product end-to-end: challenges, streaks, gamification, community interactions, deep linking, and push notifications. Owned analytics and attribution across Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Meta to drive product iteration and user acquisition.

Technical lead across 2–3 client products, owning architecture, infrastructure, and delivery end-to-end in lean 2–3 person teams. Architected Flutter apps with Riverpod and Clean Architecture; built Go backend services and owned infrastructure, deployment, authentication, and Firebase push notifications. Delivered payments breadth across products: Stripe web subscriptions with connected-account flows, app-store in-app purchases, and custom payment integrations. Shipped across mobile and web (Flutter + React), managing App Store and Google Play releases end-to-end.
