For over three years at Marketresponse, I owned the product roadmap of Underlined — a B2B CX analytics SaaS platform — while simultaneously acting as the bridge between clients, data scientists, and development teams. I translated NPS and CSAT driver analyses, machine learning outputs, and customer journey data into product improvements and business actions. Clients included Schiphol, De Volksbank, Greenchoice, and Dutch municipalities.

Before that, I built the consultancy proposition at SiteLucent — helping global brands like Samsung and GSK turn digital shelf data into commercial strategy — and developed go-to-market plans for SaaS expansion into the UK and Nordics.
