Ricardo Marsal Josa

Ricardo joined the Transformation & Turnaround practice at Crowe in December 2025.

Prior to joining Crowe, he spent over three years working in the Infrastructure team at EY-Parthenon.

Throughout his professional career prior to joining Crowe (Debt Advisory, Distressed M&A and Financial Restructuring), Ricardo has worked at several institutions including Iberdrola, BBVA, A&G Private Banking and Sustainable Development Capital (SDCL–Iberia), holding roles both in M&A Advisory and within in-house M&A and Strategy teams.

He has been involved in the analysis, valuation, acquisition and financing of industrial companies and energy assets. Subsequently, at EY, he worked on financing and M&A projects in the infrastructure sector, across both public and private initiatives.
