● Prioritize and co-manage the products backlog within the area of data acquisition, data integration and interoperability, data transformation, data provisioning etc.;

● Co-define Data Governance policies and the underlying procedures for the Master and Reference data creation, modification and provisioning for multiple teams across the business unit;

● Drive the Data Management efforts of Data Stewards within 3 different teams to support the activities necessary for the required level of Data Quality;

● Metadata Management - documenting and validating flows, processes, integrations, data dictionaries, data mappings, lineage as well as business requirements;

● Leading the data-related requirements to be implemented according to the industry standards (like ETIM, or ISOs ECLASS) and regulations (DPP and AAS);

● Evaluating the pros and cons of the solutions with regards to business value, efforts, time and costs together with business stakeholders.

Deliverables & Achievements

● End-to-end ownership of the Master Data Management (MDM) data flow and the underlying software products to achieve a successful transition: bringing business requirements to be implemented within software teams with a focus on helping the teams find the most effort-efficient solution;

● Challenging and co-evaluating software solutions by unifying and reusing the requirements to maximize the value delivered according to the costs structure and roadmap defined.

• ● Co-define and communicate products vision and roadmap to all stakeholders;

● Acting as Data Consultant by evaluating the existing Data Governance procedures and leading the change when required;

● Acting as a Product Sponsor and SME to make sure software products are satisfying business requirements and resolve problems at hand;

● Making sure that best data governance and data management practices are implemented within the Data architecture implemented - Kafka Streaming, GraphQL and other local DWHs;

● Driving the stakeholders to perform the UAT and receive acceptance as a result of the increments delivery;

Deliverables & Achievements

● Owned and driven business-mandated requirements and UAT for two different software products as part of the MDM chain and achieved stakeholders acceptance on the functionality required by the business;

● Aligned senior decision makers on the necessity to allocate appropriate resources on Data Governance and Data Management activities within the MDM chain.
