Après 3 années d'expérience dans le pilotage de projets stratégiques chez DIM et 6 années en tant que directrice régionale (plus de 50M€ de CA et >250 personnes managées au total) dans le prêt-à-porter, je suis aujourd'hui consultante en retail.

J'accompagne les retailers de tout type (mode, cosmétique, luxe, hôtellerie et restauration, distribution, etc.) et de toute taille sur les aspects d'amélioration de la performance. J'accompagne également les entreprises dans le management de leur projets de transformation retail.
