I help marketplaces and product teams understand what's actually happening in their data — supply, demand, pricing, matching, retention — and automate the analytical work that eats the team's week.
I led analytics at DiDi, working on marketplace dynamics at high volume: supply, demand, pricing, and the matching between them. The hard part is rarely the model. It's the messy reality underneath it.
More recently, in Big Four technology consulting, I designed and built a multi-agent AI system that automates data workflows end to end — [one plain sentence: what it actually does]. [It's in production / It works — say whichever is true, and no more.]
My background is actuarial. Before consulting I ran data intelligence at a large retail bank, building a recommendation model for investment products across fragmented core-banking systems. So I'm comfortable where the data is messy and the answer has to be defensible — fraud, pricing, credit risk, LTV.
