As a Project Manager, Design Thinker, and Certified Ontological Coach, I have led and designed projects focused on cultural transformation, innovation, and education for organizations such as Movistar, Nestlé, Santander, the European Commission, and Greenpeace, among others.

I design and facilitate innovation workshops, leadership programs, and cultural transformation journeys, helping organizations connect people, purpose, and performance.

I am passionate about teaching and currently lecture in Innovation, Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship at different Business Schools.
