Over the past years, I have led multidisciplinary teams of 50+ engineers, data specialists, and product experts, delivering complex data products such as data warehouses, lakehouses, BI ecosystems, and AI-driven solutions.

My expertise covers the full lifecycle of data products, from strategy and architecture to delivery and scaling.
