• - Led the development of a community/site for insurance brokers to sell products:

◦ - The goal was to provide as fast as possible a way to sell one of our new products. It was a lightning community that on top of selling the product, included a registration page, a process to confirm the email address, and some extra functionality in the crm so that the new user would be approved by our operation users. The front was later moved outside of Salesforce but we provided Rest Endpoints to act as a backend for it so the core functionality was still in Salesforce

• - Led a project to reduce our storage use:

◦ - Proposed a change in the data model that reduced the storage use in 20%, and implemented the changes needed in the code.

◦ - Designed the archival policies after meeting with all affected teams.

• - Led the development of a generic policy edit page

◦ - Goal was to not need to develop a new policy edit page for every new product

◦ - Developed a lightning page that would change depending on values found in configuration objects so after every new product only configuration was needed, no new code or deployment.

• - Developed new functionalities using Visualforce, Aura components, LWC, Apex, Triggers and Flows.

• - Developed Integrations with external systems using callouts, Apex web services and Platform events

• - Worked as single developer and maintainer of the org

• - Worked with marketing users to develop journeys for new campaigns

• - Worked with Data team to develop the import and export processes

• - Implementation of Salesforce Einstein for marketing cloud
