• Agile Leadership: Orchestrate Scrum ceremonies and methodology for multiple cross-functional development PODs, ensuring streamlined delivery across Commerce, Data, and AI business units.

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary interface between technical teams and IT upper management, translating complex project requirements into actionable roadmaps.

• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with senior leadership to align IT delivery with broader organizational business goals.

• Technical Optimization: Standardized project tracking by configuring Jira environments and developing custom Python scripts to automate complex reporting and data analysis.

The role is for Zurich Insurance Co. through NTT Data.

• Collaborating with the Gen AI department.

• Oversee multiple ITS&S projects across various Business Units (BUs), including but not limited to BTS projects.

• Stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate through uncertainty.

• Support on the different internal security validations and other similar processes.

It is through close collaboration that enduring relationships are formed, recognizing team dynamics, technological requirements, and customer goals.

•Within tight deadlines, identify the most appropriate technical, professional, and cultural match for customers' needs and projects from within an international network composed of the Top 3% of global engineering talent.

•Arrange meetings between potential candidates and clients.

•Manage a high level of communication, collaborate with multiple teams, and translate goals and client requirements into actionable next steps.

•Assist in meeting client requirements by working closely with Sales, Legal, Talent Acquisition and Finance teams.

•Resolve any conflicts or concerns that arise and work with developers to maintain engagement.
