- Carry out the implementation of the 2004 foundation plan and its extensions.
- Elaborate joint projects between the Public Administrations (European Community, Ministries, Autonomous Communities or Municipalities) and private companies, aimed at developing the Information Society in Spain.
- Institutional Relations (Public Policy): Establish and develop relations with the Ministry of Industry, Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society, General Directorate of red.es, other Ministries (Labor, Social Affairs, Economy) as well as their equivalents in the different Autonomous Communities, Congress of Deputies and local and regional government bodies.
- Growth and sales: Design and implement the Foundation's growth and development strategy. Identify new business opportunities.
- Public and private funds. Search for and negotiate new financing channels.
- Management: Select, develop, manage and motivate the work team (5 people in 2006, 16 people in 2008-2010, finally 9 people, (although we had years with 40 people subcontracted). Prepare budgets, P&L and monthly report to the Executive Committee and semi-annually to the Board of Trustees.
