Soy Product & UI/UX Designer con más de 8 años de experiencia creando experiencias digitales para marcas globales en retail, hospitality, lujo y travel. Me especializo en UI de alta calidad, sistemas de diseño escalables, diseño mobile-first y productos complejos que combinan negocio, tecnología y experiencia de usuario.

He liderado proyectos end-to-end para empresas como Vidanta, Qatar Duty-Free, Kerzner International, Clarks y Zumnorde, colaborando con equipos de producto, ingeniería, marketing y stakeholders de alto nivel. Mi enfoque combina investigación, arquitectura UX, interfaces claras, microinteracciones y una visión estratégica que convierte necesidades del negocio en productos funcionales y atractivos.

También tengo experiencia aplicando AI en experiencias digitales, utilizando modelos para personalización de contenidos y toma de decisiones en plataformas con múltiples journeys.

Me apasiona crear productos que resuelven problemas reales, que sean accesibles, coherentes y visualmente sólidos. Disfruto especialmente construir sistemas de diseño, mejorar la eficiencia entre equipos y garantizar que cada detalle —desde el flujo hasta la animación— y que aporte claridad y valor al usuario.

I was responsible for leading Vidanta World's digital transformation, which involved merging different products into one single portal.

I led the Visual UX approach, structuring the UX Journeys and Strategies, and beautifying them to get closer to the final UI. The project consisted of setting a Design system shared across different teams, UI Drops on a mobile-first approach, and handing off to development.
