As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Technology Product Owner, I am responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of the DAM platform. My role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the DAM system meets the evolving needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: I define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the DAM platform, aligning it with the overall business objectives and user needs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: I act as the primary point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and translating them into actionable user stories.

• Agile Project Management: I lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

• User Experience Optimization: I collaborate with UX/U I designers to enhance the user experience, focusing on ease of use, accessibility, and seamless integration with other digital tools.

• Vendor Management: I manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that third-party integrations and updates are implemented efficiently and aligned with the product strategy.

• Data Governance & Compliance: I ensure that the DAM platform adheres to data governance policies and regulatory compliance, maintaining the security and integrity of digital assets.

• Performance Monitoring: I monitor and analyze the performance of the DAM system, utilizing analytics to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency.

• Training & Support: I provide training and support to users across the organiza tion, enabling them to fully leverage the capabilities of the DAM platform.
