I assist the owner of the company with all the processes related to setting up this industrial factory in Spain:

• Supplier research and negotiations (product components, packaging, product design, etc.)

I started collaborating with this multinational localization service provider in 2019 on junior linguist roles. How ever, I rapidly grew into quality check roles and in 2022, I was promoted to lead a team of three linguists on a major SaaS localization program. My responsibility was delivering the final quality which I addressed by doing the following:

• Identifying root cause issues (client related and internal process related)

• Addressing the client-related quality issues by proposing realistic solutions (code internationalization best practices) assuming a client-facing role

• Addressing the internal issues by educating my team, negotiating better financial conditions for my team and info flow optimization through query management tools

• Improving the quality control parameters by generating new error categories for AI output

• Working closely with other team leads to promote my proposals and findings
