I have been a freelancer since 2013 and I collaborated with companies primarily from the sector of software localization (as a quality assessment specialist and team lead - 5 years), blockchain (as a marketing specialist and project manager - 4 years), import-export (as a supply chain manager - 3 years) and I have one client with an industrial plant whom I help to run everyday operations and manage their relations with international suppliers (1,5 years).

Me expertise is keeping everything structured and under control, organizing a chaos in understandable units, consulting through different processes with the view of a deep analysis by asking strategic questions. I create flows of information in a way that teams receive the necessary input at the necessary time and the stakeholders receive their feedback. I have a background in intercultural communication and in working with distributed teams.
