I am a Lead UX/UI designer with over 20 years of experience and broad cross-curricular competencies focused on problem-solving and gathering both qualitative & quantitative data. I usually work directly with product owners, developers, and other UX/UI designers during user-centered design processes (UCD).
During the last 8 years of my career, I have been working and have deeply adopted UX methodologies. Consequently, I obtained 3 international certifications from the UXAlliance, 2 with Nielsen Norman Group, and another certification as a UX Research Specialist.
