Continuous discovery with recurrent visits, interviews and usability testing. Facilitating stakeholders from different parts of the cycle: Purchase, Merchandise Reception, Inventory Management, Order Preparation and Labor Management.

Embedded mainly in a cross-functional team focused on solving the right problem and the problem right for Stuart's clients. Facilitator and evangelist of the Mission Minded development methodology. Leading shaping of projects involving architecture, API-focused, user experience, and so on.
