Progressed from single-project delivery (2020) to owning multi-project portfolios of €2.6M and cross functional teams of up to 15 (2024 – Present). Delivered 14 production releases across 4 strategic actuarial projects (2-3 in parallel at peak), achieving 100% on-time delivery with zero critical post go-live incidents. Owned project governance — scope, budget tracking, risk register, release coordination and vendor management — across a stack spanning SQL Server, .NET, Angular, React, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Databricks and Microsoft Azure. Contributed to 3 global applications used by 100–150 actuarial users. Cloud Migration: led the end-to-end migration of GNLA's actuarial platform from on-premise (SSRS, SQL Server) to Azure + Databricks — cutting reporting and quarterly close times by 20-40% for actuarial teams across 30+ countries. Reporting Modernization: migrated the GNLA reporting layer from SSRS + legacy Power BI to a Databricks lakehouse, eliminating out-of-support dependencies, mitigating business-continuity risk and unifying multi-country pipelines under one governed source.

Line-managed a 10+ person Analytics & AI team (engineers, analysts, consultants) — hiring, performance reviews and career development — delivering data initiatives for US insurance group Berkley Financial.

Led end-to-end delivery of the Berkley Financial Data Warehouse — scope, planning, US client stakeholder alignment and hands-on implementation on SQL Server, SSIS, DB2, Oracle and MS

Access. Drove database performance improvements across the team — cutting ETL load times by 50%+ on critical pipelines via T-SQL optimization, stored-procedure tuning and query refactoring. Established SSIS delivery standards (frameworks, packaging, scheduling, credentials) adopted team wide across ETL work, improving reliability, data quality and onboarding speed. Delivered Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics on top of the Berkley DWH, and supported early AWS adoption across the analytics practice (cloud readiness, POCs and knowledge transfer to delivery teams).

BI consultant embedded with enterprise clients (Coca-Cola, Randstad, Scania Argentina) — on-site requirements, solution design and end-to-end delivery. Outsourced full-time to Randstad as embedded BI specialist and single point of contact with the business.

Designed and administered databases, data warehouses and ETL pipelines (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SSIS, Pentaho) across multi-client engagements, working on-site with the client. Delivered end-to-end BI solutions for enterprise clients — from requirements gathering and functional analysis to reporting and dashboards — using SAP BusinessObjects, QlikView / Qlik Sense and Power BI.
