Opendit, a subsidiary of the FERMAX Group, was established to validate connectivity in the intercom world. My role in this company has been the most challenging in my career as a product designer. We embarked on creating a product from scratch, initially validating internal hypotheses and assumptions through user interviews and engaging potential partners such as property managers and installers. The challenge was to develop an intuitive and user-friendly product capable of catering to a diverse age range, considering numerous variables. From a product perspective, our unwavering priority has always been user-centric, while never losing sight of the critical business objectives. In this capacity, I maintain constant communication with the technology team, fostering regular design critique sessions. These sessions allow us to leverage both viewpoints, ensuring a harmonious blend of design and technological perspectives.

In this role, I serve as a digital designer for prestigious clients including HONOR Spain, HUAWEI Spain, Banco Santander, Mitsubishi Electric, Banca March, BBVA, and Club del desportista.

On a daily basis, I engage in various digital activities, including:Conducting User Research and implementing UX/UI design.Crafting Sitemaps and Taskflows, defining product functionalities, and establishing information architecture.

Creating low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes and compiling comprehensive reports.Ensuring product quality through rigorous assurance measures and implementing SCRUM methodology.Developing final mockups and undertaking quarterly brand image reevaluation in the digital sphere.Staying abreast of the latest digital trends to curate compelling and engaging content.
