FEMion is an enthusiastic group of women entrepreneurs from all over Europe. With an international view, we bring a diverse range of experiences and entrepreneurial thinking to the table to facilitate organizations in becoming future-proof. We specialize in supporting small and medium-sized businesses operating locally, as well as local institutions, in future-proof-related challenges. We achieve this by organizing events or workshops that lead to developing unconventional solutions, creating safe participatory spaces, and providing unique insights that lead to actionable results. Examples are workshops around ideas for talent acquisition, and retention or organizing hackathons with various stakeholders to come up with realistic circular economy pathways. We emphasize the importance of a feminine and European perspective, which adds a valuable dimension to our creative problem-solving and leads to unique insights.
