•  Manage, update and optimise the organisational website and redevelopment project

•  Improve and optimise user experience, engagement and reach using Google Analytics tools

•  Utilise WordPress and its interface with other key systems, such as Moodle, Discourse and Cvent

•  Provide a solid understanding of SEO, user experience (UX), and best practices for digital content

•  Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of SEO and Acquisition specific web assets

•  Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages

•  Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing teams to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company's websites

•  Support and advise regional managers to leverage CMS templates and components when creating web

pages with excellent SEO qualities that provide great user experiences.

•  Carry out Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing of agile sprint development output that supports project leaders in detecting and solving quality issues. Monitor and track issues using project management tools including JIRA, Confluence and Miro.

•  Ensure an excellent customer experience on all customer facing digital platforms using Sitecore CMS

•  Lead digital projects capturing development and optimisation requirements, prioritising a backlog of work

based on business priorities working closely with product owners, project managers and business stakeholders.

•  Create digital content across all channels ensuring it is accurate and aligned with brand tone of voice.

•  Support content managers including the training of new team members and ensuring quality of the work of

existing editors.
