> Give advice and work with regional IT internal teams and external IT providers to define & improve IT Service Management practices across the organization.

> Coordinate and attend regular Service Management calls.

> Give support in any Major Incident that may have impact on business continuity.

> Analyze relevant KPIs and follow up Service provision performance to ensure the compliance of OLAs and SLAs.

> Generate regular Service Reports based on the information provided by the ITSM tool (ServiceNow) and Global Data Warehouses.

> Provide support to manage external IT infrastructure Operations Service Providers.

> Provide support to schedule IT infrastructure maintenance and patching activities.

> Communicate any scheduled outage as well as any unexpected Service interruption.

. Network LAN/WLAN Planning and Design for the brand new Mercedes Benz Trucks & Buses (Daimler Truck) Plant establishment in LATAM (operational beg. 2026), based on corporate worldwide internal LLD and HLD standards.
