I’m a strategic and business designer specialized in design thinking, customer experience and innovation. I help global organizations in banking, retail, and the public sector, among others, rethink how they serve their customers: redesigning journeys, launching new services, and aligning teams through clear research, strong facilitation, and smart strategic thinking. I also lead hands-on Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship programs for 250+ students. I bring clarity, direction, and collaboration to complex challenges, helping teams move faster with solutions that are intelligent, human, and built to deliver real impact.
