Let me tell you a little about myself. Although I began my career in the world of finance, as an economist, where I built a strong analytical foundation. Early on, I recognized that the true differentiator of any organization is its 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚.

I bring a strong combination of people leadership and innovation expertise. I leverage behavioral and development tools such as 𝘿𝙄𝙎𝘾 & 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, alongside 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, to build engaged, accountable, and high-performing. I have led initiatives across 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 (𝙎𝙍𝟭𝟬) 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, delivering 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.

I define myself as a 𝙙𝙮𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙘, 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 and 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙨-𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 person, but above all, as someone passionate about creating 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 and 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 work environments.

Outside the professional sphere, I enjoy spending time with my 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 and 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨, I love 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨, 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 and, of course, 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜.
