At CaixaBank, I have been working in the risk data area, combining data engineering, analytics, and process improvement. A key part of my role has been migrating and modernizing ETL processes from legacy Oracle/SAS environments to more scalable solutions using DBT and Google Cloud Platform.

I have also been responsible for monthly data quality checks on risk data, improving controls to ensure consistency, traceability, and reliability in a regulated environment. In addition, I have worked on analytical and machine learning initiatives to validate new business use cases and explore practical applications of data science.

Beyond technical delivery, I have focused strongly on automation and efficiency, helping optimize heavy data workflows and reduce manual effort in recurring processes. I have also supported the adoption of new tools and better ways of working across teams, training colleagues and creating documentation for tools such as DBT, GitLab, VS Code, and AI-assisted workflows.

Overall, my work has been centered on building reliable data solutions, improving processes, and helping teams work in a more scalable and efficient way.

At New Insurance Broker Web, I worked on data collection, data modeling, and reporting for different business areas, with a strong focus on supporting the marketing department. I helped build data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and Google Cloud Platform, making data more accessible and useful for decision-making.

I also developed dashboards in Looker for different company departments, translating business needs into clear and practical reports. My work combined data preparation, automation, and visualization, helping teams monitor performance and better understand their key metrics.

At Align Technology, I worked in a role that combined real-time customer support, technical problem-solving, and automation. I supported dental professionals in their day-to-day work, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring a smooth operational experience.

I also developed Python scripts to automate parts of the problem analysis process, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort. In addition, I collaborated closely with teams across Europe, working in a coordinated international environment where fast response, clear communication, and cross-team collaboration were key.
