Bioinformatics PhD with expertise in RNA-seq, epigenetics, single cell and phosphoproteome analysis. Recently published a paper as co-first author in Chest magazine (link below). Prior to pursuing my PhD, I spent 4 years as a software developer in consulting, leveraging my skills in data analysis and statistics. Holder of two master's degrees in data analysis and statistics, complemented by a degree in chemistry. Passionate about integrating computational and biological sciences to drive innovation.

● PhD Journey: Finishing a PhD under the mentorship of Dr. Manel Esteller,
recognized as one of the most outstanding scientists by Stanford University.

Collaborations initiatives:
● Single Cell Platform Analysis: Pioneered a single-cell platform analysis,
offering bioinformatics single-cell analysis as a service to external research
centers.
● Innovative Genomic Data Management and Analysis Web App: Pioneering
the development of a cutting-edge web application, my objective was to
automate analyses, facilitate result visualization, and streamline the sharing
of genomic data. This transformative innovation resulted in a notable
enhancement of efficiency in data analysis and a substantial increase in
data-sharing among research groups.
