Packaged and released with semantic versioning; authored an MkDocs documentation site (quickstarts, examples, contributing) to accelerate onboarding and enforce consistent practices across projects.

Library #2 — Data Extraction & Export Platform: Built a configurable export engine to ingest and transform heterogeneous clinical sources into a canonical schema modeled from domain logic.

Defined strict, end-to-end data models validated with Pandera (schemas, types, constraints), and replaced per-record Pydantic validation with vectorized DataFrame-level checks while downcasting column dtypes to the minimal required precision (e.g.,int8/16, float32, categorical), reducing memory by 95.4% and enabling safe refactors and reproducible outputs.

Implemented rigorous validation and cleaning (duplicate detection, out-of-range values, overlapping time windows) with deterministic transformations to deliver analysis-ready datasets and cross-project compatibility.

Developed a Streamlit dashboard on top of the export engine so non-technical users could parameterize outputs (fields, time ranges, filters, formats) and generate data packages consistently.
