Julia Álvarez

Julia joined our team on an 18-month assignment to accelerate the rollout of our data strategy for Real Estate. It has been a great pleasure working with her, both from a technical and a human standpoint. She was able to contribute effectively to the project very quickly. She has been particularly effective in delivering backend features, as well as during refinement phases where she actively contributed to both functional and technical design. She worked in excellent harmony with her counterpart despite the distance (she was working remotely). Julia is always positive and contributes enthusiastically to all topics, whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal. Our interactions have always been very smooth and transparent, and she integrated into the team just as a full-time employee would have.
