My interest in Software Engineering was sparked when I entered the field of computer game modding as a teenager. I loved the feeling of being able to create "things" that had an impact in the outside world and - hopefully positively - impacted other people, in that case other young gaming enthusiasts. I loved working on mods in teams comprised of other enthusiasts across the globe. Ever since, I've been hooked.
