Responsible for developing Klicana's new platform, implementing its architecture and applying best development practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns as well as DDD design. Leading the adoption of Scrum methodologies, improving development management practices, and introducing new management systems to professionalize the development area. The new platform will enable exponential company growth, creating a scalable structure to support new business functionalities.

Technical Team: Leaded a teams with 4 developers (backend & frontend)from different countries. Tech Stack: PHP, Laravel 10, MySQL NextJS, Amazon AWS, Postman, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jira.

Scrum Team Leader for 2 different companies from United States, which involved analysis, support, and development activities as well as coordinate, estimate and prioritize the development tasks of the projects. Both projects where from different verticals: on-line surveys and automotive companies; in one of them we were involved in the development of a legacy survey system, while in the other, where developed a brand-new mobile app. In both projects, we applied Agile methodologies, working side by side with our Project Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.

Technical Team: Leaded 2 different teams, each of them with 4 developers (backend & frontend), 2 QA engineers, from different countries. Tech Stack: PHP, Laravel 8/9/10, MySQL Flutter, Dart, Zend Framework, VueJS, Amazon AWS, Postman, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jira, Docker.

Developer Team Leader responsible for analyzing, specify, and develop operational tools for a logistic company. Specialized on developing complex algorithms to represent real and future operations of the company fleet. Backend developing on an AWS environment and an agile methodology (scrum).
