Agile Coach on high performance Innovation projects. Currently 3 projects active related to Ecommerce Improvements: Focus on foster more effective, transparent, and cohesive teams to enable better outcomes, solutions, and products/services for internal/external customers. Conversations; Planning and Execution of Tests and MVPs; Development of Social Business Impact Actions. Lead customer meetings and provide documentation. Developing timelines and schedules for the completion of the project.

Responsible for accounting closing in Helios & HFM systems. Follow-up of export refunds and active participation in improvements on the Overheads process. Bank reconciliations, account maintenance in SAP.
