I turn complex, cross-functional delivery into something predictable. Over 15+ years I've led project and program delivery across software, business-intelligence, and data teams — directing groups of up to 26 developers, standing up Agile practice where there was none, and building the governance, metrics, and tooling that keep work on track.

I came to delivery from science. A background in biochemistry and biology shaped how I work: evidence first, systems thinking, and a bias for rigor. That foundation runs through everything from designing enterprise Jira and Confluence platforms for 200–500+ users to leading data-governance initiatives under a federal data-sharing mandate.

As a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, I've coached teams from formation to maturity, facilitated quarterly planning across entire development organizations, and owned the delivery metrics leaders rely on to see real progress. I've done this inside large organizations like Holland America, across consulting engagements, and as a founder building a product end to end.

Today I work independently, partnering with companies on transformation, PMO stand-up, Agile enablement, and Atlassian tooling — the work where disciplined delivery turns a roadmap into a result.
