Hi, I'm Marloes.

I have been working in performance marketing for over 10 years. I started before "growth hacker" was a job title.

My background is different from that of most marketers. I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's in Business Information Management, with a focus on data science and AI. I have worked at Google, various marketing agencies, and also experienced the client side at companies such as The Body Shop. This combination means that I simultaneously understand the technology and know how campaigns need to run commercially.

My main task: tracking. It sounds boring, but without clean data, you are optimizing based on assumptions. That is why every assignment I work with starts with measurement.

The campaigns come next, where I use 'customer-centric' strategies, meaning they are focused on your end customer and their actual purchasing and search behaviour.
