    Following the brand’s acquisition in 2019, I joined the new leadership team as Digital Product Manager, with a mandate to drive digital transformation and international brand expansion.

    Key responsibilities included:

    Co-leading the group’s digital & data transformation, working directly with Executive Management, international Gault&Millau license holders (15+ countries), and the technical leadership (CTO, lead developers, front/back-end teams, and distributed tech teams)

    Centralized IT demand & priority management for all international licensees across existing websites and mobile applications
