After the merger of front.id with EdTech Group, I assumed the role of CTO for the group, leading a team of 30 developers and project managers. My main objectives were to improve the company's working methodologies and facilitate collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve our goals. We developed a Drupal-based framework, consisting of modules and themes, for the agile creation of educational websites. This framework facilitated lead generation and enrollment processes, and improved lead communication with the group's systems. I managed a system built on Laravel and Vue.js, aimed at the centralized management and distribution of content across the group's portals. This system combined information from various sources for SEO analysis and used AI to streamline content creation. We built a decoupled payment orchestrator based on Drupal, allowing the definition of business rules for the checkout process across different portals. These rules included the number of installments, available payment methods by country, cumulative discounts, and coupons. This orchestrator simplified the adoption of new payment methods and centralized the management of collections, payment recovery, and bank reconciliation. I also led the CRM team, a custom software adapted to the company's needs. I managed both hiring and collaborations with freelancers and partner companies. Together with the management team, we defined work processes to coordinate requests from different committees. We established bi-weekly follow-up meetings, similar to sprints, where progress was analyzed, and new goals aligned with the company's OKRs were set. This allowed us to align requests with objectives and work as a team with all participants.

Being Front.ID a small company, my attributions are diverse, I work with clients to define their needs, I seek to solve their problems in an agile way with a highly qualified and efficient team. At the same time, I guide my efforts to ensure the fulfillment of our commercial and technical objectives. Our team is our greatest achievement and satisfaction. Our customers are part of our team. We work always knowing that we are human, we take care of each other and we always check how to improve our WoW (way of working).

I'm a fullstack web developer. I've co-founded Front.ID a small company orientated to the B2B market as we mostly work for development agencies. The main technologies used are Drupal 7, Drupal 8, Drupal 9 and Node.js. I'm specialized in,
