Need a C#/.NET developer who also knows how to model and solve optimization problems? I help companies build robust software in C#, SQL Server, and Angular 17, while also tackling the business problems that software alone can't solve: resource allocation, planning under uncertainty, process simulation.
Over the past 8 years I've built production software in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Angular: REST APIs, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, integrations with Salesforce and other critical services, and custom test automation frameworks. Most recently at IntrosMatter, I engineered the Playwright test orchestration system for end-to-end testing across our Chrome extension and web application, and contributed to architectural decisions on background jobs, integrations, and core platform features.
What sets me apart is the other half: I understand how systems behave under uncertainty, how to validate assumptions before shipping to production, and how to formulate and solve linear and integer programming models (LP/IP/MILP). I've published research on stochastic surgery scheduling (MILP plus a GRASP metaheuristic) and delivered $500,000 USD in traceable material savings through optimization at TECMO.
