Throughout my career as a senior UX design strategist and researcher that have worked in e-commerces, Visa application System, AI engines, Agriculture apps, HR, Supply Chains and Banking, I have garnered a reputation for overhauling inefficient design strategies to maximize B2C sales and intra-company efficiency.
From mobile apps, SaaS tools and web apps in a wide variety of industries and geographical contexts, my core principles as a UX designer hold firm. Through precise, sensitive research, I am consistently able to ascertain key business goals and reform company UX culture, delivering results that routinely exceed the set KPIs.

I oversaw the visual aesthetic of the projects, ensuring a cohesive and brand-aligned experience:- at RoamFree: I designed anEnd-to-End Visa application platform that will help digital nomads across the globe to find, discover and compare the best available visas for them. Created prototypes to gather user and stakeholders’ feedback on early concepts. Ensured self-explanatory and ready-to-consume derivable for developers.
