I'm a Product Manager with experience across fintech, e-commerce, and logistics - industries where the stakes are high and the complexity is real.

Over the years I've led teams ranging from 6 to nearly 30 people, shipped open banking products across multiple European countries, helped an e-commerce brand reach €100M in revenue, and worked on the logistics infrastructure behind 25 million parcels at Printful. I care as much about the business outcome as the product itself.

One thing that's shaped how I work: I like getting close to the problem. At Giraffe360 I was the first person from product to fly out and sit with actual customers - not to tick a box, but because I genuinely believe you can't build the right thing without understanding how people use it.

I'm comfortable with ambiguity, I work well across teams, and I don't need things to be perfect before moving forward.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's that no goal is too big - you just have to break it down and start.

Led a team of 6 developers and 2 QA specialists owning the main Trodo storefront and checkout — the parts of the product directly responsible for generating sales. Worked closely with Marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to improve the funnel and turn more visitors into buyers.

Revised the product roadmap with a commercial focus, and built an automated returns flow that significantly reduced the need for customer support involvement.

During my time there, our team helped Trodo grow to €100M in revenue.

Led a team of 8 developers and a designer building products for Giraffe360 - a real estate photography and virtual tour platform. Covered both customer-facing features and internal tools, making sure the team's work created value on both sides.

Took ownership of the core team roadmap and refocused it toward a more SaaS-oriented direction. But probably the thing I'm most proud of from this role: I was the first person from the product team to fly from Riga to our Manchester office just to sit with real customers and understand how and why they actually used the camera. Nobody in product was doing that - I just thought it was the right thing to do.
