Led as fractional CTO the design and development of an AI-powered agentic application for a digital marketing agency, aimed at democratizing ad campaign activation and making it accessible to non-technical users.

The platform orchestrates AI agents that automate the full cycle: campaign briefing, audience segmentation, creative generation, multi-channel launch (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and real-time reporting with actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

- Defining the technical architecture and product strategy

- Designing the multi-agent system and selecting LLM models

- Integrating with ad platform APIs and analytics tools

- Building and leading the engineering team

- Implementing evaluation, observability, and safety practices for agents in production
