Working with the Global Procurement Team in the Sourcing and Contracting Department at Roche Diabetes Care Spain and North West Europe & Canada in a global position, supporting internal stakeholders and managing the change of a specific GEP tool called Smart Procure from SAP (end user level), also assisting in sourcing suppliers and contracts.

Working since 1980, TRIQUIM is one of most important Argentinian Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) producers for pharma industry. In this role, my principal activity was to develop the Pipeline of the Company. This activity provided up to date information about projects, manufacturing, QC, QA, forecast and sales to Company´s CEO and other Managers for the decision-making process. I was in charge of:

• Prepare and update the Manufacture Plan of the company.

• Interact with Commercial, Warehouse, Manufacture and Delivery areas to coordinate the handing over of finished products.

• Work with Supply Chain and Finance areas to arrange suppliers' payments and installments of raw material.

• Summarize all this information in the Company Dashboard. Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio and SAP.
