Responsibilities

Developed internal solution based on productivity metrics like Cycle Time and DORA Identify how to link these solutions with tangible benefits for the business, and that in this way leaders see the value of improving the development process in the organization using Outputs, Outcomes and Impact Design and create a scalable architecture that can serve the different solutions in AWS Prioritize the backlog of the team, and plan releases according to the requirements that are asked of us. Communicate with the entire organization and levels the findings, good practices and get Early Adopters to help us validate the hypotheses. Design data pipelines to extract data from sources such as GitHub, Jira, Jira Service Manager, etc. Demonstrating how to measure productivity and improve processes helps the company at the ROI level
