Migrated a complete eCommerce store from PrestaShop 1.6 to PrestaShop 9.0 as a full end-to-end upgrade, covering both data and front-end modernization.

The project included a full migration of catalog and customer data (products, categories, attributes, images, customers, addresses, orders, order history, carts, and key configurations), ensuring data integrity and continuity across the new platform version. We also rebuilt the theme for PrestaShop 9 (updated templates, responsive layout, UX refinements, and compatibility with the modern core), so the store preserved its brand identity while improving performance and maintainability.

On the payments side, we implemented and validated the main checkout integrations, including PayPal and Redsys, aligning settings with the merchant’s operational needs and ensuring smooth payment flows in production (testing transactions, handling edge cases, and verifying order status synchronization).

To support marketing operations, we integrated Mailchimp, enabling reliable customer and subscriber synchronization and preparing the foundation for automated campaigns and segmentation.

The result was a stable, future-proof PrestaShop 9.0 store with a modernized theme, working payment methods, and marketing integrations—ready for ongoing growth and easier long-term maintenance.
