After 2 years as CTO, I took the position of COO at Phacil. It included business decision making as to what the company strategy should be overall, sales strategy for pharmacies, management of the customer relationship, customer service and supplychain teams, as well as HR and hiring for tech, operations, and sales.

4 months teaching job, twice a week for 4 hours. I gave PHP lessons to 6 Product Owners. The goal was to initiate them to the use of technology through the discovery of PHP, oriented object programming, and project management.

After the first 3 months, the students had to create a project of their own, using everything they had learned until then.

CTO of a startup based in the healthcare sector, I was responsible for the technical strategy of the company. It includes IT project management, management of the developer team (2 to 5 people), hiring/HR, and aligning technology with our business interests.

Phacil’s mission is to provide patients, pharmacists and doctors tools to

facilitate communication and optimize the delivery of medication.
